Future paid features

When we introduce optional paid features, the following policy will apply:

• 14-day refund window: request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the Service does not work as described.
• Technical issues: if your PDF cannot be downloaded or has issues we cannot fix, we will issue a full refund.
• How to request: email billing@buildcv-ai.online with your order details.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
